Three-year deal for Mark Mayambela at Djurgardens

Posted: 17 February 2014 Time: 09:50

KickOff.com can confirm that Mark Mayambela has been offered a three-year deal by Sweden’s topflight side Djurgadens IF.

The former Bloemfontein Celtic, Orlando Pirates and Mpumalanga Black Aces has been on trial with Djurgadens for a couple of weeks and he’s been impressive in friendly matches.

“We received a contract offer on Friday. At the moment, we are ironing out the finer details of the deal [with Djurgadens] and we should conclude by the end of this week. It is a three-year deal,” Tim Sukazi confirms to KickOff.com.

“Mark played in a friendly on Saturday and he scored the first goal [in a 2-1 win against Jönköping Södra],” Sukazi adds.

Congratulations Tim on finding a club for this player and I personally think you're one of the best player's agents in this country, as for Majoro I feel sorry for him on making a permanent decision based on a temporary situation, looking at the way Baxter is rotating the team giving even the fringe players game time in the ACL ,I am sure Majoro was going to be used more often with this tight schedule.
