SuperSport United captain Thabo September says they will not underrate Gaborone United when they meet in their CAF Confederation Cup second-leg match at the National Stadium on Saturday.
United look destined to advance to the next stage of the competition after beating their counterparts from Botswana 2-0 courtesy of a Mame Miang brace at Lucas Moripe Stadium last weekend.
Matsatsantsa beat Mpumalanga Black Aces 2-0 in a League clash on Wednesday to boost their confidence ahead of their trip to Botswana tomorrow.
Speaking to KickOff.com after arriving in Gaborone yesterday, September promised to hoist the country's flag high in Botswana tomorrow.
"The reception we got in Botswana has been good, we cant complain," says September. "It's a great country. We looking forward to our first session at the National Stadium today to feel the pitch."
The Matsatsantsa skipper believes their hosts will come back firing on all cylinders after losing the first-leg game in Pretoria last Saturday. However, September remains hopeful of another victory against them.
"We definitely are in the lead but this team will come out to play on Saturday. We taking the game very seriously and we can't afford to underestimate them. Our approach will be about winning the game and playing our normal football, and not conceding," he adds.
