Ajax Cape Town defender Nazeer Allie could make his long-awaited return when the Urban Warriors visit Orlando Pirates in Soweto on Monday.

Allie has recovered from a lengthy groin injury, that derailed a prospective move to Bidvest Wits early in the season.

In other team news, Bafana Bafana newcomer Thato Mokeke is available again after doing duty at the African Nations Championship, but highly-rated youngster Abbubaker Mobara is out with an Achilles problem.

"Abbubaker Mobara, he won’t be available due to a stiff Achilles which he has had since the break," explained Ajax interim boss Ian Taylor.

"Nazeer Allie could be available, he has come back from his long-term injury. Thato Mokeke is also back," added Taylor, who was promoted to the hotseat following Muhsin Ertugral's resignation on Thursday.

I think LCO has just insulted the Scottish dog by comparing him to rds. Baxter found a team with no morale and put them to winning ways, he promised the league and he delivered and with 8 pts clear this season it looks like he will deliver again. About luck, one cannot win the lottery without buying the ticket. What Im trying to say is, we create our own luck, Chiefs also create their own luck, those guys are persistent, you can see it in their body language that they wanna win, hence lady luck favours them. Now RDS on the other side found a team that had won 3 cups, fails to keep even 1, constantly fight with players, lost respect for some players the list is uhh, endless. If we were talking about the exact opposites then mybe we would compare these coaches. We live in the world of numbers not luck and at the moment numbers donot favour RDS. And numbers dont lie.

Mr Taylor you don't need a full squad to salvage a point or 3 against Pirates, they once lost 3-1 against a ten men Supersport and their coach went on to say the Red card given to Supersport disturbed their plans...

Andile Jali signs a Pre-contract agreement with Kaizer Chiefs

In an amazing twist in Andile Jali's contract affairs with Orlando Pirates. Kaizer Chiefs have announced the signing of Orlando Pirates playmaker on a pre-contract terms which will see him being amongst the highest paid players in the South African top league, the Matatiele born playmaker will be the third signing for Kaizer Chiefs in this transfer window. Jali has agreed to a three-year deal with Chiefs which will begin in July 2014, but he could be moving to Naturena sooner than that if Pirates agree to sell now

Kaizer Chiefs could use Majoro/Jali swap as a bargaining stick for them to get Andile Jali in January still instead of July. The AmaKhosi would be happy to use his services for the Caf Champions League this year due to the experience he gained when Pirates was involved in the same competition last year.

'Gattuso, as Jali is affectionately known in the football fraternity, made his intentions very clear that he wasn't going to renew his contract with Orlando Pirates which expires in June this year.

And despite a number of overseas-based clubs interested in his services, the 23-year-old has decided to remain in the PSL with Chiefs.

“What is the use of going to an overseas lower league & earn the same salary which you can get. In the PSL” Jali in his words. is seen as a replacement for want-away Lehlohonolo Majoro who has recently snubbed a move to SuperSport United, as he's thought to be holding on for a move to Pirates.

Jali is expected to play a major role as Chiefs will look to conquer Africa starting from next month, but everything else rests upon the Pirates' management.

AmaKhosi were initially interested in acquiring May Mahlangu, but decided to go with Jali when opportunity arrised, so Chiefs quickly switched focus to 'Jali'.

signed on the dotted line for. Kaizer Chiefs, after spending some time at Pirates since 2009
