Bafana Bafana skipper Aaron Mokoena has been linked with a move to newly-promoted English Premiership side Stoke City, according to Skysports.com.
The defender is unsure of his future at Ewood Park following the arrival of new manager Paul Ince, and is hoping to see regular first-team action this coming season.
Mokoena has also attracted the interest of Manchester City, where he would link up with former Blackburn Rovers boss, Mark Hughes, who signed him at Rovers from Belgian side Racing Genk.
Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers, Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam and Bundesliga side Schalke 04 are also rumoured to be eyeing the South African international.
