Dlamini, who was sacked by Leopards at the end of last season, won the hearts of Aces’ directors last weekend when he featured for Swazi side Mbabane Highlanders in the Mpumalanga Premier Cup, where he played against Kaizer Chiefs.
Though, Highlanders lost 2-0, Dlamini was a star among the Swazi players and the negotiations for his signature started with Amaziyoni.
In an interview with KickOff.com’s Benjamin Nyirenda the star striker, who has also played for Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows, confirmed the signing, but did not want to divulge details.
“Yes, it is true I have agreed to a deal with Aces, but for now I cannot go into details as it is still very early to comment. I am, however, glad that Aces have given me the chance to resurrect my career in South Africa. I have nothing to prove as every one knows what I am capable of,” Dlamini told KickOff.com.
He said that he decided to sign with Black Aces because they made him a good offer.
