Mamelodi Sundowns have appointed Peter Ndlovu as team manager

Posted: 29 July 2013 Time: 13:25

Mamelodi Sundowns have welcomed back Peter Ndlovu back to the club with the Zimbabwean legend taking over the post of team manager at Chloorkop.

Though Sundowns have been quiet on the issue, KickOff.com can confirm that Ndlovu will be working as the new team manager at the club and replaces Mike Ntombela who has now moved up take over the technical director post.

Trott Moloto – who held the head of technical position, has now moved to become the chief of scouting.

KickOff.com can confirm that Ndlovu actually travelled with Sundowns to Ghana for their pre-season camp and has been working closely with The Brazilians first team throughout their stay in West Africa.

Ndlovu had been assistant coach of the Zimbabwe national team by virtue of his position as national under-23 head coach.

Zifa have since appointed new assistant coaches to new head coach Ian Gorowa.

There is also a possibility that Ndlovu will also be involved with the club’s development structures to help him enhance his coaching.

Ndlovu spent four years playing for Sundowns upon his return from a lengthy spell in England and is familiar with operations at the Patrice Motsepe owned club.

Why kuhlabeka iywengu zika Bobby? Atleast someone is recognising the Zimbabweans they're abusing so much at the Zoo.

Wait for the "Smelling Assasin" to get injured, and see if they won't send him to Bharagwanath Hospital in order to cut costs. mh, mh.
