PSL transfer news: Congolese defender Beranger Itoua signs for Orlando Pirates

Posted: 21 July 2013 Time: 11:19

Congolese defender Beranger Itoua has signed for Orlando Pirates.

KickOff.com broke the news on July 11 when we spotted him playing in a friendly against University of Pretoria, and Bucs coach Roger de Sa confirmed to us last night at Orlando Stadium that the 20-year-old centre-back has put pen to paper.

“He signed for us,” De Sa confirms. “He’s done the job, but he battles with the language obviously. I must say I had doubts at first, but he’s got better and better every day.”

Thank you. They have said we are broke but they haven't signed any big name, except get Msona back on loan. Come 2013-2014 season we will see. Iyolala ibonene. #The team with a beutiful Jersey Black or Red. #2nd Star is the Mission.

I can't blame the coach at this point,as the chairman seems to be getting old,he knew very well that the team has big games coming up and he never bothered to get quality players in time for this competition,Tlou is out of contract,Lekgwathi out of contract, how do you expect the team to perform with such poor management,Rodger can't buy players,he can only recommend, the final decision rest with Khosa.I mean what is happening at Pirates is nonsense. If Irvin was serious about the champions league,he could have long finished with signing players. Rooi Mahamutsa and Bacela where registered with only two days to go for the game with leopards.this is a joke and We blame the coach. The poor Coach has to struggle with this poor striking department and when U really look at this situation,it is very hard for Rodger.Give the coach quality players and blame him if he is failing afterwards.when U look at Pirates, who is going to score more than 5 goals in that team,I WONDER................
