Ntuli heading back to Holland

Young Orlando Pirates midfielder Nhlakanipho Ntuli will jet out of the country this week after being recalled by Dutch side FC Twente

Young Orlando Pirates midfielder Nhlakanipho Ntuli will jet out of the country this week after being recalled by Dutch side FC Twente without ever playing for Bucs' senior side.

The 17-year-old impressed the Dutch side while on trial last year, but he could not sign a professional contract with Twente until he turns 18 next year.

In January Twente and Pirates reached an agreement to allow the youngster to play for Bucs in the second half of the season.

"I am sad but happy at the same time. Pirates is like home to me and I feel sad that I am leaving without having played for the senior team," Ntuli tells KickOff.com.

"I am happy though that I am going back to Holland because it’s every youngster's dream playing in Europe. They want me back to monitor my performance in their reserve team.

"They are waiting for me to turn 18 in February next year which means that I will qualify to sign a professional contract with the club,” he adds.

Good luck boy, go and represent the Ghost with distinction. Bernard Parker failed at that Club, don't even think about asking for his advice on how to survive in Holland. Had it not been the 4 goals he scored against the then weak Amazulu team, and the 3 penalties he has converted this season Parker would have had 3 goals in the League so far. When are we as soccer fans going to grow up. Here is a good feel story of a talented young man using his God given talent, but we are been negative. Guess what most out there would love to read is that he drank his life away.

Gift Leremi 2.0.... what a lose...

When last was a young player so sort after by a championship winning team overseas....?

Having said that I don't support players moving to Europe... it's a myth to say Europe makes one a better player, it's just that you're already talented enough as an individual that teams that side are willing to spend their money on a particular footballer...

Yes one might be exposed to different ways, but if you're good you're good and can crack it anywhere anyhow at anytime....
