Andile Jali's representatives Prosport International say moving the Orlando Pirates midfielder to Europe is their top priority.
The Pirates ace has been linked with unnamed English and German clubs in the past year, but nothing materialised.
Jali's agent Paschalis Tountouris tweeted today that the time has come for the player to leave South Africa in order to "progress as a footballer".
"Andile Jali is on top of our list for Europe. It's about time for him to make the move and it's the only way to progress as a footballer," he says.
Tountouris adds: "Orlando Pirates won't stand on Andile Jali's way as their chairman [Irvin Khoza] has always proved to be fair."
Jali turns 23 on April 10.
