On Sunday, that dream came true.

"I can't describe this feeling. It's a dream come true. I've played in the national team for almost 12 years and I have always wanted to win Trophy.

"This is just great!"

The defender said he would savour the moment before deciding on what his next move would be.

Ga back to that sprawling slum called Lagos and celebrate. Bloody scumbags and dregs of humankind. I bet some of you were giving out drugs for free in celebration of your win last night and still you wonder why EVERYBODY can't stand the word "Nigerian".

@T'zozo, you may not be able to stand us but for two years you have to live with the fact that we are champions of Africa and that is something your misplaced hatred cannot take away!

Its a bit natural that south africans are hating...bt If gordin can develop some ballz and remove this current squad and leave 5(rantie,khune,mahlangu,furman and serero) ... Then bring in the likes of lebese, myeni, mathoho, erusmus, clasen, patosi, jali, maboso, zwane, masango(if he stats playn) ,kgosie ntle nd xulu...i left out sangweni becz its pointless to take a 32yr old defenda, how will be 37 in 2016....no doubt the afcon7 is gud bt players closing in on 30 don't give u a perfct base...

Tzozo stop convincing everyone that u are ignorant, if u don't want to celebrate with Nigeria then u can celebrate with Gordon for early elimination just llike u celebrate failures at Chiefs.

Yobo plase hand over to Obi Mikel, the most calm in the world, when he has the ball, no one can take it, he reminds me of Oupa Ace Manyisa whom I think must watch Obi's game and learn. Congratulations toi The super Eagles of Niggeria

KING wake up tuu...you are so delisional, let alone pathetic. It's incomprehensible , to think you comparing Manyisa to an honest, talented ,world acclaimed player like John Obi Mikel. You Orlando Pirates fans are known for tarnishing names of well known stars like Drogba, by comparing them with your glorified age cheats. It would be understandable if you were to compare Manyisa to his best friend John Moeti.

T'zozo, u can't stand the word 'Nigeria' because at mentioning of the word Nigeria it means GIANT of africa the CHAMPIONS of african continent. U're jst been jealous because we are great pple. U claimed we are drug lords, at least we are only selling it, we are nt using it, its ur pple that buy frm us n use. I rather be a drug seller than been a, 1. Rapist 2. Hiv nation 3. Drug users 4. Loosers 5. F.u.c.k.t.a.r.d 6. Xynophobia 7. Being control by some silly d.i.r.t.y s.m.e.l.l.y white folks. Get a life mofo.

When every so called big names Nigerian players were turning their back at the Team this one man and one man only Joseph Yobo never turned his back.

I said it that Nigeria will be leading and Yobo will be introduced 10 minutes to go just to liff the trophy and the script happened as i predicted.

Son of the soil, Niger Boy i am proud of you. Now it is time to hand over your capatancy to Obi Mike. Even if you just become a back up player, your influence and guidance will be much appreciated. You have run your race so let Obi take the baton to lead this great team into Confed and Brazil 2014.

In Nigeria Super Eagles I trus for Confed. Its time Nigeria write a new history. Taribo West, Rashidi Yekini, Jay Jay, Sunday Olise, Kanu, Amokachi and the big boss himself Stevn Keshi they have written their.

@ T'zozo. One thing for sure you SA's and the some other African countries or anybody is doing is that you can't stand the best. Nigeria is the best and we remain so. We are more than 170 million. Comparing Nigeria with SA that is less than 45 million. Look at Mali now Nigeria is leading the way to make peace as Nigeria have done in SA, Lberia, Sierra Leone, Angola, and many more. The list is overwelming! Okay. We are your big brother! pls.
