Mamelodi Sundowns have signed former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Thela Ngobeni on a short-term deal.
Ngobeni has penned a deal that will see him at Sundowns for at least until the end of the season, but it could be renewed.
The 24-year-old will be on the bench in the crucial League match against his former side, Chiefs, on February 12 since Sundowns will be without the services of Calvin Marlin and Dennis Onyango, who are out injured.
Ngobeni has already started training with his new teammates since their return from their mid-season Zimbabwe camp. He also played a match in the Reserve League for his new side, in the 6-1 hammering of SuperSport United.

2ndly they wanted to sign itu khune and they promised him to be best paid African based player.
Lastly now they signed Chiefs reject and I'm sure he will be paid more than Sandilands, and the rest of the keepers. Khosi has the one of best keeper trainers in the world. If u dispute dis which keeper can do better than khune in one on one and in terms of ball distribution. Khune's ball distribution in all the afcon matches is 95%.

Every Sundowns win over and also almost every loss to the Zebras is memorable, so expect something different this time, not Khosifoured but a memorable win for Sundowns.
