Bafana Bafana will not have too long to mope about their Africa Cup of Nations exit.
The South Africans lost 3-1 on penalties to Mali in the quarterfinals on Saturday, but will already play their next game in March – a crucial 2014 World Cup qualifier against Central African Republic at home on the 23rd.
Six days later they travel to Addis Ababa for a match against Ethiopia.
Bafana face an uphill battle to finish top of their group, having drawn two games already against Ethiopia and Botswana.
Meanwhile, Safa will have a technical meeting next week to discuss possible venues for the qualifier against Central African Republic.
