Masibusane Zongo has been given another chance in topflight football after signing a two-and-a-half year contract with Chippa United.

The nomadic midfielder last played for First Division side Blackburn Rovers. “He is now our player,” says Chippa spokesperson Lukanyo Mzinzi.

The 22-year-old previously played for SuperSport United, Bidvest Wits and Vasco Da Gama.

One of the most talented left footed players i've seen playing locally. i remember how he used to offer great cover for Klate back in his teen age years. Alcohol and lack of financial and lifestyle training is killing our local talent.
I'm wishing you all the best, Mfanagithi. not many people get the number of chances you've recieved in life. Jabu Mahlangu got his chances and wasted them. The late Gift Leremi got his breakthrough and just as his career was setting off we lost him. Dont make the mistake of taking your God-given talent for granted!
