University of Pretoria want to sign Mpho Makola on loan

Posted: 25 January 2013 Time: 9:53 am

KickOff.com can confirm that University of Pretoria are vying for the signature of Orlando Pirates midfielder Mpho Makola.

The 26-year-old has struggled for game-time with The Buccaneers since joining from Free State Stars, and will be relishing the opportunity of some game-time.

According to our source at AmaTuks, the club has already approached Pirates over a potential loan deal.

“We are very keen to sign Makola and the player has no problem joining us on loan from Pirates. The club is still busy talking to Pirates and hopefully something will materialise before the transfer window closes next week,” our source reveals.

NEW CONTRACTS
Meanwhile, Zimbabwean goalkeeper Washington Arubi has extended his stay with AmaTuks by a further two years.

Midfielder Mpho Matsi and young goalkeeper Lebogang Ngubeni have signed similar contract extensions.

Good news, not just a loan but a permanent move. This guy is not in any standard required at the Galacticos.

It was long overdue, this guy does not play like a Galaxy since he arrived at the smooth sailing ship, he was playing very well at Stars. the pressure of donning this magnificent jersey is too heavy on him. Maybe a loan spell would do him good. The next player that should leave is the ever wastefullMasuku. Whichever mutiman this guy is using must be strong, he must have got it from some shimane residing at Dube hostel but allerge that he stays in Phefeni.

The reason they shut down their development is not because of age cheats...its because their Yebo Yes franchise has extended its structure in greater heights.....

Arrows...KZN Branch

Wits.......Greater Gauteng Branch

Free State Stars.....Lesotho/Free State Branch..

If they win the league ths season they have proposed to change their name to "Bidvest Orlando Golden Stars"

This guy needs time, most of the Bucs supporters didnt like Manyisa but look at him now, it took more then two season for him to get the nickname Acccccceeeee, give Makola a chance he's good, unlike Mlungisi Professor Gumbi we once had who is now nowhere to be kicked when found
