Legodi, Dirks leave Sundowns

The Brazilians say the parting was amicable and at this stage, the remaining assistant coach is Alex ‘Barnes’ Bapela.

Head coach Pitso Mosimane has not named any replacements and it is unclear at this stage whether he intends to bring his own man.

Ironically, Legodi announced in July that he was leaving Sundowns because his “contract with Sundowns expired in January”, which means he had been working without a contract.

But Legodi later apologised and returned to the team, but now Sundowns confirm he is gone.
