Kaizer Chiefs were drawn against Bidvest Wits in the 2012/13 Nedbank Cup round of 32 draw, which took place on Monday.

Wits beat Chiefs 3-2 in the last 16 of the Telkom Knockout in October, but Amakhosi corporate communication manager Vina Maphosa says: “Chiefs and Wits ... history tells us that when the two meet it’s good for the supporters, it’s good for football and it’s also good for the sponsors.

“We are looking forward to this game ... we are excited about the prospect of playing our peers. In the past we were drawn against so-called ‘small teams’ and we ended up suffering losses ...”

The league title remain the highest priority in Naturena this season.....It is clear to all the players and the technical team.......It must be delivered to Naturena come May.....ASIJIKI....Hence we say Reclaiming The Glory....We are not going to win Nedbank games at the league games expense....But are ready to do battle in this Nebbank Cup.
