The problem reared its ugly head again earlier this month when AC Milan’s Kevin-Prince Boateng walked off the pitch during AC Milan’s friendly against Pro Patria after being subjected to racist chants.
The FIFA president admits they could possibly never truly eradicate the issue, but he feels deducting points could be the best solution.
“I think we can never do enough to eradicate all the racism in football,” Blatter told Sky Sports.
“We have already tried and you have given, in Great Britain, the best example of how to eradicate violence in football with the modern stadia, with the controls and education that this is the one thing.
“I think a more radical solution would be deduction of points. Deduction of points would have a better impact on that than any other sanction.”

I hope you not gonna punish clubs becuase of an incident from a Cup tournament then deduct points from the league table .

Way to go Sepp, I support that idea 100%! But learn that racism is not only white-to-black thing, it is a culture-to-culture thing...e.g. here in SA we have a certain uneducated populace that support Pierats that has the potential to abuse anyone (black or white)---we need such sanctions here too!
