Mphahlele on the way back to Downs

University of Pretoria will be without defender Ramahlwe Mphahlele for the rest of the season

University of Pretoria will be without defender Ramahlwe Mphahlele for the rest of the season after Mamelodi Sundowns requested that the player returns back to Chloorkop before his loan-deal with AmaTuks expires in June.

Mphahlele joined AmaTuks on-loan at the beginning of the season after deemed surplus requirement at Sundowns by former coach Johan Neeskens.

However the Brazilians now want their player back after the arrival of new coach Pitso Mosimane.

In a chat with KickOff.com, AmaTuks coach Steve Barker confirms that Sundowns have made an official approach regarding Mphahlele.

"Sundowns have formally approached us regarding the services of Mphahlele," Barkers tells KickOff.com. “You must remember he is on a one-season-loan but there are one or two conditions that we must finalise before we release him.

"It must be in the interest of everyone involved including the player. In principle we have agreed and probably by Friday the deal would have been finalised," he adds.

Barker also confirms that they have agreed to release striker Diyo Sibisi on a six-month-loan to Mpumalanga Black Aces.

Once dubbed the next Lucas Radebe and future Bafana Bafana captain hahahahaahhahaha the soccer fraternity can sometimes diguise itself as David Kau with all these jokes. How do you expect a guy that never sticks to one team to captain a national team like Bafana Bafana in future? OOOOPS the answer is staring at my face, Bongani Khumalo is such a player, a Captain on loan hahahahahaha the soccer fraternity is indeed Trevor Noah, no wonder we are a laughing stock.

After signing Mashabe, recaling Mphahlele and maybe we should signe Wome to add bit in our midfied because if Teko is injured or of-form we'll b too thin going forward.

Getting K Mokotjo from Feyernood can b a great signing looking at his age and that Moriri & Nyandoro are closer to retiring.

And we definetely need a centre back and thats the position we should priotise seriously because we've been conceding soft goals.

Lastly, one hope that Cheese wil be back soon.

Not a wrong move at all, if you consider the fact that its the Coach who has recalled him.

Its a loss to Tuks but they still have Sibusiso Dabi who can easily replace Rama.
