In a chat with KickOff.com, AmaTuks coach Steve Barker confirms that Sundowns have made an official approach regarding Mphahlele.
"Sundowns have formally approached us regarding the services of Mphahlele," Barkers tells KickOff.com. “You must remember he is on a one-season-loan but there are one or two conditions that we must finalise before we release him.
"It must be in the interest of everyone involved including the player. In principle we have agreed and probably by Friday the deal would have been finalised," he adds.
Barker also confirms that they have agreed to release striker Diyo Sibisi on a six-month-loan to Mpumalanga Black Aces.

Getting K Mokotjo from Feyernood can b a great signing looking at his age and that Moriri & Nyandoro are closer to retiring.
And we definetely need a centre back and thats the position we should priotise seriously because we've been conceding soft goals.
Lastly, one hope that Cheese wil be back soon.
