Chippa to sign 'OJ', Nale too expensive

Chippa United are confident of signing both Mbulelo Mabizela and Moussa Maazou before the end of the week

They may have missed out on signing Mark Mayambela, but Chippa United are confident of signing both Mbulelo Mabizela and Moussa Maazou before the end of the week.

The Chilli Boys agreed a fee with Orlando Pirates for the talented midfielder, but was told that he is apparently holding out for a move to Kaizer Chiefs.

However, good news is that Chippa believe they will sign out-of-favour Bidvest Wits defender Mabizela today still.

"We are very close to concluding Mabizela's deal; it should be done by this afternoon at the latest," club owner Chippa Mpengesi tells KickOff.com.

"We paid the Maazou transfer fee with his team in Tunisia and hope to meet with his agent to finalise the deal by the end of this week."

Chippa have also been credited with interest in Kaizer Chiefs striker Abia Nale, but have reportedly been priced out of a move.

One player who has joined is former Under-23 international Phumelele Bhengu.

Chippa Mpengesi ....should try Mabena ,Ndulula,Bester
You can add 20 Pick & Pay trolleys that you always collect in townships as part of the deal.

I'm sure Dr Sokhela would love to use one of these trolleys for his grandchild Bhebhitshe as a pram

haibo where has bhengu been ? Is this how we treat future prospective bafana players? We toss them aside in favour of garbage like takesure . Aside from kermit ,bhengu is a future bafana marksmen . Linda buthelezi was right when he said RSA and specifically cowza led PSL have a horrible record when it comes to protecting and giving youngsters a chance at the highest levels.

chiefs players are very lucky to brush those beautiful and sexy thighs, unlike some players from a certain team who had to brush the virus-infested thighs, and just when they thought they could have a break, along came the chubababa-infested thighs, molested by a 70-year old man... sies!

Chippa Mpengesi, you are the most unprofessional Chairman/president in the PSL, why don't you conclude the deal and then go to the media or if the media comes to you don't just tell them as it is. We understand you are still new.

I have never seen an idiot such as Mpengesi in my life, 1st he comes to Psl and get all arrogant making lousy statements that he wants to win the league, ever had of something called "too Ambitious", now he approaches teams of high esteem as Chiefs and others big clubs like Pirates for playas, mxm! He's getting relegated along with Amazulu!!!

Nale is Gold, priceless and the only high standard!!!

I am pretty sure Nale was offered to the Chilli Boys for a fee around R500thousand. I also wouldn't pay that much for a cow. R70 thousand is the right price. It is the legal lobola fee for cows
