First division club Sivutsa Stars have snapped up former youth international striker Thulani Ngcepe after releasing Kaizer Chiefs reject Tshepo Bulu whose career keeps going down the drain.
Sivutsa have already signed Nigerian midfielder Prince Olomu on a deal running up to the end of the season after acquiring his South African permanent residence permit.
Ngcepe – who last played at Atlie FC last season – has been signed as a replacement to Bulu who has failed to make any impact at Sivutsa since signing at the beginning of the season.
In arriving at Sivutsa where he has signed up to the end of the season Ngcepe (22) will be tasked with leading the attack.
Also released along with Bulu is Sakhile Mkhalipha, Mduduzi Nkosi, and Sifiso Mnguni who have all already been handed their letters of dismissal.

Even Dominic the dancer Mateba, Crocodile Nile Tears, Ncowsi, Arthur Zwane and all the other trash we thrown through the window and you scrumbled for it you dogs.
As for the signing of Olomu, I totally despise the idea of having foreigners signing for second division leagues. I still believe that a younger South African should be taking this space. As is already, our PSL is saturated with many foreigners who add no value to the league – yet, they take up space for younger developing South Africans.
South Africa is a free for all country and that pisses me off!
