Chippa sign Mayambela, Nale next?

After signing Mark Mayambela from Orlando Pirates, Chippa United are chasing Abia Nale from Kaizer Chiefs

After signing Mark Mayambela from Orlando Pirates, Chippa United have now turned their attention to out-of-favour Kaizer Chiefs striker Abia Nale.

The Chilli Boys have been one of the busier teams during the transfer window as they look to make their debut season in the top-flight the first of many.

Chippa coach Farouk Abrahams confirms the interest in Nale, adding that he hopes to still land Erwin Isaacs from Bidvest Wits as well.

“The issue of Erwin Isaacs is now on hold after Wits appointed a new coach [Clive Barker]. We have to wait and see if that deal is still going to go through,” he tells KickOff.com.

“Our main focus now is to improve our performance and focus on our defence and up-front. We could have had five points more but we conceded soft goals. We have also been let down by poor finishing, though this is a problem all over the country, including Bafana Bafana.”

He adds: “We are working hard to rectify our mistakes and there is a lot of confidence in the camp. There is no doubt that we will retain our status next season.”

Mayambela is just a player who brings a negative attitude to Chippa,as He is not a hard worker and He has achieved nothing...bad singning for a team fighting relegation

Eish we are going to miss the Profferssor, i would have prefered a contract extention and a loan move. The best impact player this league has ever experienced.

*Who can forget the game against Wits, he came on Wits leading 2-0 and on his own won the game for us leading to a treble.
*Who can forget the Carling Cup where he made Tefu Mashiakgomo eat the grass like a real Zebra.

Go well go shell uMgamazi, Mfana uphethi magic...Once a pirate always a pirate.

Atleast you have what Shabba is still moving around Forest, Zoo, Bafunny, everywhere looking for.You are more successful than the whole Chiefs players combined.

I object to that, Nale still has a lot to offer chiefs! Chippa must be content with that anada Pierats casual Reject!

Nale must continue wearing Gold, the most elevated standard!!!

the only problem with players like Nale is they have a so many roles to play in. being a versatile player can be good at times, but it can also backfire big time! at arrows he played behind the strikers, though mnqithi was always of the opinion that he is a left winger... mushin used him as a second striker initially, later moved him to right, and then left wing... v.v comes in and say no, you play right midfield and do some defending as well! baxter comes in, and he is as confused as they come, wondering where the heck to use this player!
