Khuboni ready to move … to Downs?

Thanduyise Khuboni to join Kaizer Chiefs or Mamelodi Sundowns

Thanduyise Khuboni says the time has come for him to leave Golden Arrows and further his career elsewhere – with a Gauteng club a distinct possibility.

The Bafana Bafana midfielder’s contract expires in June, with both Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs tipped potential destinations.

It is thought that a move to Chloorkop to link up with his former Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane is the most likely, but Khuboni will not be drawn into the speculation.

“The right person to talk to about that is my manager, who I am meeting tomorrow to clarify my future,” he tells KickOff.com.

“But I think it’s time for me to go and face new challenges. That’s my opinion; I don’t know what other people are thinking. I believe it is the right time to go and try my luck somewhere else.”

He adds: “There is nothing chasing me away from Arrows; the club has always treated me well. However, I feel to grow as a player I need a change and start life somewhere else.”

The Real Mshumayeli is at Pirates..Thandani Ntshumayelo....Khuboni is a good player but not good for Galaxies,thats why there was no mention of Pirates next to his name...we would have got him easily should we have wanted him but we have more quality in his department....but rumours says he is off to Sundowns..Pitso is a big admire of Gonondo.

Please don't come to mighty Downs unless u want to carry Sangweni & Kekana's boots and ensure that they are always shining, just go to Tiger Boys to compete with other ordinary players (Katsande, Nkosi, Baloyi, Zvasiya and etc)...!!!

Alternatively, you will certainly provide YeYe with direct competition as He is currently a monopoly in that position!
