His manager Gibson Mahachi confirmed the departure of the Dynamos attacking midfielder.
“He has just left for South Africa. I will be following in two day’s time. The club will advise when the medicals will take place; either on Monday or Tuesday. But I am hopeful he will make it this time.”
Mukamba had trials in the last transfer window under then coach Antonio Habas Lopez, but could not make the grade although the club had maintained interest in him. Lopez was fired last Friday and has been replaced by Clive Barker.
The club sent air tickets on Friday for the player to make the trip – a sign that changes in the technical department will not affect his chances.
“I don’t think there will be any problems with the new coach,” Mahachi says.
Wits are already home to Zimbabwe internationals Thomas Sweswe and Tinashe Nengomasha.
The Dynamos midfielder could be followed to South Africa by striker Rodreck Mutuma, who has been invited by Bloemfontein Celtic for a trial period starting January 14.

Psl teams continue invading Zimbabwe, chiefs set the trend and was labelled the stingiest (buy one get one free)team. Fact is, in business opportunities are there to be exploited. Soccer is not a sport but a business also
..............................................................................................................................................
PSL teams had always had zim players in their squad, to date there is (still) no PSL team that went to zim and bought 3 players at once, and there is no PSL team (still) with 5 foreigners in its team all coming from zim, tortoises still hold that record. Buying a zim player isnt setting a trend, but having all foreigners in your team coming from zim is a record, but not trend as there is no team that has done that other than tortoises. Lets not compare the incomparable.

I am just correcting my brother in his incorrect view about 'teams invading zim' and there is no reflection of envy in my response. Maybe you listened to AKA`s song too much to a point of feeling to mention it, but in an inappropriate platform and context though.
