Golden Arrows will look to dent Orlando Pirates’ good form in the Premier Soccer League when the teams meet at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Wednesday. Kick-off at 19h30.

Arrows won a second successive home match on the weekend when they beat Ajax Cape Town 2-0. The Durban side has four wins to its name this season – all of them have come in home matches.

Abafana Bes’thende are placed 11th on the log with 16 points from 15 matches.

Pirates bounced back from successive draws with a 2-1 away win over Maritzburg United on the weekend.

The Soweto giants have been excellent on the road this season with five wins, two draws and just one defeat from eight matches.

The Buccaneers are placed second on the log with 31 points from 15 matches.

In head-to-head stats, Arrows and Pirates have met in 25 League matches since 2000/01.

The Buccaneers have claimed 13 wins compared to just four for the Durban side, while eight matches have been drawn.

Arrows have won three of their 12 home matches against Pirates down the years, suffering five defeats in the process.

@FourPointFive

My fellow Champ, welcome to KickOff. Where we the Undisputed DTC run havoc over these Chimps. I'm sure you've noticed that not only are we the talk of every corner of Mzansi, but any article posted about Ezimnyama Ngenkani sends tounges wagging and fingers tapping on this site. "Click\" on the 'Most Coomented' stories and you will see we are Light Years (not miles) ahead of all other 15 PSL pretenders.

Bucs supporters on the other hand don't need to "introduce\" themselves as we already have a revered history of honour bestowed upon us. We walk the talk, NOT blog the talk behind our PC/ Notebook screens. Siyazi ukuthi sidume ngani; Spiritual Owners of OPFC! Relax Champ, once lezi khonkothi start barking in your direction, show them the FINGER in the direction to Nazoorena. We always WIN. I love this Keita guy. I wish Sir Baxter can get him in the Jan transfer to add even more options in the middle. I also wish for Chippa's Okwuoso to replace Zvasiya. We also need to loan out Masango and Nale so as not to stall their careers.

Mandla Masango shouldn't be loaned but a free clearence is best option , swap Khama Billiat with Mandla Masango+Yende+Lebese

Khosi we cant let Lebese go after Sir Baxter has worked so much on him and what he lacks makes it up with his positive attitude Khosi. Replace Lebese with Zvasiya in those 3 and they will give us Billiat

I saw Khoza and mato outside a secluded hotel yesterday , theres no doubt that the 3 points will be donated to pie lerete/international football deficient fc/okapi pistols/sonono fc/porridge fc. FIFA needs to intervene, i mean doesnt anyone notice that pirats played arrows in ther last games of the season in the past 2 seasons when they won their league medals. Its no coincidence at all !!!
