Posted: 13 November 2012
Irvin Khoza has withdrawn from the race for the SA Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (Sascoc) presidency, leaving Gideon Sam unopposed for the position.
The Orlando Pirates boss, who is also Safa’s vice-president and chairman of the Premier Soccer League, will not run against Sam when the elections come around on November 24.
