His Chelsea teammate Fernando Torres has expressed delight at the performance of the 21-year-old in the past week against Shaktar Donetsk.
“I am so happy for him. He is working really hard and it is not easy to be involved in this team,” Torres said.
“But he gave us three points, he scored a great goal and he scored at the weekend (against Swansea) too. We are really happy with him. We know the kind of player he is and he will score with his feet soon too!”
His former manager at Wigan Athletic was also full of praise for the Nigerian. “It is difficult to find players like him, not just in England, and I’m sure he could adapt to anything,” Roberto Martinez said.
"Victor could have been a real weapon for any team in the world. Victor is a quite unique player" he added.
Moses on his part is not getting carried away and has insisted that he still has more to offer.
"With the quality of players we've got, I learn from them as well and that's the only way you can improve - playing around good players such as this,” he said. "There is still a lot more to come from me.”
