There were only two matches played in the National First Division on Wednesday afternoon. FC AK played Dynamos at home while Polokwane City hosted United FC.
FC AK opened the scoring against Dynamos in the 15th minute through Khutso Mohwatseleng but the visitors pulled one back just before half-time, Edwin Xaba scoring for the Giyani side.
In the second half there were no goals and it ended 1-1. FC AK move to six points, while Dynamos have two points and are second from bottom on goal difference.
Polokwane City collected their first three points of the season when they beat United FC 2-0. A 51st-minute goal from Simpiwe Gwala opened the scoring before Kopano Sekgobela doubled the lead later on. City now move to four points and United remain on seven.
