The two countries clash in a Group A fixture at Malabo stadium in Equatorial Guinea, with both teams aware that a loss will all but end their hopes.
Banyana lost their first match 1-0 to the hosts Equatorial Guinea, with Senegal losing by the same scoreline to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
A timely boost for the Joseph Mkhonza-led side is that striker Noko Matlou has recovered from a head injury which saw her hospitalised during the match against Equatorial Guinea.
"We have analyzed Senegal's style of play and believe we can outplay them," Mkhoza says.
“Playing the hosts in the opening fixture was always going to be tough but that match is behind us and the players really want to do well. The spirit in the camp is high and we want to make sure that Banyana Banyana is still in the tournament for the semi-finals stage next week.”
Kick-off for the match is 15:30.
