Malmo FF have offered big money plus a three-year contract for Tokelo Rantie.

Posted: 9 October 2012 Time: 12:15 has learnt that Malmo FF have offered big money plus a three-year contract for the services of Bafana Bafana striker Tokelo Rantie.

The former Orlando Pirates striker is currently on loan to Malmo from IFK Hassleholm.

Top Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam are also reportedly keeping a close eye on Rantie after his brilliant form in the Swedish League since moving to Malmo.

The striker has scored six goals in his seven appearances for his club this season.

Efforts to get hold of Rantie's agent Nadim Mohammed proved futile but Farouk Khan, who still acts as a mentor to the former Bucs striker, confirms that there have been talks with Malmo over extending the players stay at the club.

"I am always in touch with Tokelo. His agent is the right person to talk to, but yes I can confirm that Malmo have expressed interest to give him a permanent deal.

"There is also some interest from Holland," adds Khan.

This boy will return home and many people won't believe this.

By the way, how far is Nyawana's proposed move overseas? In fact not even a move but possible trials with a 'Castle League' team ya ko England.
