Gordon Igesund has announced his Bafana Bafana squad to face Poland and Kenya.

George Lebese and Delron Buckley have been called up, and Teko Modise is back in the squad, while it was announced that Steven Pienaar has retired from international football.

Bongani Khumalo will assume the national captaincy.

Slovakia-based Ricardo Nunes, who was born in Johannesburg, has been given approval by Fifa to play for Bafana, and makes the squad.

Are we gonna have a brand new squad every time we play?

You need a core of the team and develop a social factor. You can't be chopping and changing players and have a new team each and every FIFA week. This is a national team, not Swallows...

It does look like a balanced team, for a change.Great competition both on the chosen members, and also those that aspire to play at international level as well.

Support the team, now that it's announced, and stop crying about your own favourites........you're not the coach, but fans.

SAFA must tell us why Jali is not wanted since we all know he is the best we have.....
Even worse Manyisa has not been doing well.......George Maluleka And Andile Jali should be regulars.....
