Bidvest Wits goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane could be out of action until next year due to a knee injury.

Mabokgwane is yet to play for Wits after being signed from Mamelodi Sundowns at the beginning of the season.

The keeper has been forced to continue watching the action from the sidelines while still waiting to go for a second scan on his injury.

"I got the injury last season," Mabokgwane tells KickOff.com.

"I was back at training when the injury started to trouble me again. I am now waiting for the second scan to determine how bad the injury is,” he adds.
