Ngoma is currently on the books of AmaTuks, on loan from the Buccaneers.
However, after his superb performance against Ajax Cape Town at the weekend there were erroneous reports that the Tshwane-born midfielder had made a permanent move to Tuks during the off season.
"I am only on loan to AmaTuks," Ngoma confirms. "I still have a three-year contract with Pirates."
Ngoma was a youth player at Tuks since the age of 13. He almost joined Pirates in 2008, but the move was scuppered by injury, and when his contract at Tuks expired at the end of June, he finally signed for the Soweto giants.

However, he was not registered by Bucs for this season, was made available for loan by the club at the end of July, and rejoined Tuks.
The former Under-23 star stole the show at the weekend, scoring four goals in a 5-1 drubbing of Ajax, and he says he is not thinking about a return to Pirates right now.
"I am taking each game at a time, playing my normal game," he says. "I don't want to talk a lot but my performance will tell the story. I'll leave the other things off the field to my business manager."

Ngoma will be up against Pirates in the colours of University of Pretoria at Loftus Stadium on Sunday, but he says he will do his talking on the pitch.
"I am more focusing on helping AmaTuks than worrying about going back to Pirates. It's up to Pirates if they want to recall me next season.
"I have nothing to prove at Pirates and will just focus playing well for AmaTuks.
"I am proud of being part of history at AmaTuks, and scoring four goals in one game," he says. "But I think credit should also go to my teammates and technical team as the victory was not only about an individual effort but teamwork. I hope I will continue scoring this season."
Ngoma says the hard work he has been putting in at training is starting to pay off.
"This was my third game in the starting line-up," he says. "I always stay behind at training to work on some other aspect of my game and I think the minor things that I am doing after training are paying off."
