The Warriors go into the return leg to be played on October 14 in Luanda carrying a 3-1 lead and aware of how much it will mean for them to qualify for the tournament in South Africa, where they are guaranteed of massive support.
The other PSL stars called up are AmaZulu defender Carlington Nyadombo, veteran midfielders Esrom Nyandoro and Tinashe Nengomasha, Oscar Machapa and Brian Abbas Amidu of Black Leopards.
The former Kaizer Chiefs duo of Knowledge Musona and Onismor Bhasera have also been included in the squad of 24.
Nengomasha and Musona missed the first leg early this month after ZIFA allegedly failed to send the letter of invitations to the two players’ respective clubs in time, forcing the duo to remain holed up at their club bases during that FIFA calendar weekend.
