MTN8 Final tickets selling fast

Posted: 20 September 2012 Time: 03:59 pm

With just over 48 hours to go, there are just under 10,000 MTN8 Final tickets left, and the PSL says it is expecting a full house at Orlando Stadium.

Moroka Swallows take on SuperSport United on Saturday, September 22, at 8.15pm.

"We are expecting a last-minute rush as we have seen huge interest from the public as the final gets closer," head of communications Connie Motshumi says.

"This promises to be one of the most exciting Soweto vs Tshwane battles, as the two teams that finished second and third respectively in the League last season go to war. And it will be a 'Wafa Wafa' moment, with the winner taking it all!"

The entertainment line-up will include popular house music DJ Oskido, Professor, Trompies, Black Motion, DJ Zinhle among others.

The first 10,000 people to get to the stadium will also get T-shirts; caps and flags.

Tickets can be purchased at Computicket and Shoprite Checkers countrywide.

Prices are R40 for adults and R10 for children aged 3-12.

Supporters are urged to be at Orlando Stadium early to witness a fan walking away with a R1-million prize on match day – it could be you!

The following plans have been made:

Park and Ride:

There will be hospitality parking at Orlando High school and a park and ride from Soccer City Complex.

Shuttle bus will depart from the transport hub (Soccer City Complex) from 3pm and supporters will be dropped off at Mooki Street.

The return trip will be departing from Mooki Street after the match back to the transport hub. This service will be available until all guests have been transported back to the park and ride facility.

Tickets are available at Computicket.

Public Transport:

Taxi service will be available at the areas below:

From Bree Taxi rank

From Moroka Police station

But this is UNFAIR,..how can PSL stage this match involving two PIERATS enemies at ORLANDO STADIUM nogal? Those two teams gave RATS six rounds in their own FORTRESS in front of the KIDS/MICE....no no no,PSL,I wouldn't allow that in my own house,it's like allowing a COUPLE to engage in LOVE-MAKING on my bed, right in front of me and my children and to EXPECT ME TO CLAP MY HANDS FOR YOU WHENEVER YOU 'SCORE'..?....never,.....and i wonder which team the RATS will be supporting

Orlando is good hunting ground for these two teams...we are guaranteed at least 3 goals from both sides come Saturday....they both scored 3 goals at that stadium recently against the home team....
