Former Ajax Cape Town midfielder Siwahla was last at FC Cape Town, while Mashego is looking for a club after being deemed surplus to requirements at Orlando Pirates.
"He [Siwahla] is training with us, but I'm not going to say if he'll sign for the club," Chippa coach Roger Sikhakhane tells KickOff.com.
"We have a few players that we have invited to come and train with us. We are going to give them two weeks then after that we'll make a decision if we are going to sign them or not."
Chippa have found the going tough in the PSL, failing to record a win in their first four games.
They led 1-0 against Bidvest Wits yesterday before Erwin Isaacs netted an 89th-minute equaliser.

Football can be a cruel game sometimes.....Siwahla what a talent.

Khosi lami, nowadays in football its gonna take more than a talent to survive on top level.
If you players are not disciplined, psychological fit etc then they won't survive in the PSL
Look at players like abo Jabu Pule,Steve Lekoelea, Tso Vilakazi, Juniour Khanye,Sipho Nunez,Isaac Mabotsa ,Masibusane Zongo, Skappie Malatsi.....before they even reach 30....they're alredy beyond repair/amawrite-offs

Some local players are not that ambitious compare to North and West African players.
I remember Masibusane Zongo bragging to the media that he's the best midfielder in SA .
Players in our country once they have Telkom,Nedbank or Top 8 medal then they think they're invisible

VV said it and people thought he was cruel. He said these youngsters(Lucky Khune, Mateba etc) don't value football, to them it's about salaries and chowing women. They feel like soccer owes them. 1 example is Andile Jali, the boy's talent is immense but his attitude sucks, his off pitch antics tsona, haai, A polygamist in practice. He wont make it to 35 in football. I see another Tso Vilakazi, anyway u know what they say, Like Father Like Son

Khosi lami , to be straightforwardly honest with you uJali,Mahamutsa and Ndulula ......are my neighbours here Northern suburbs , if I can invite you when Pirates is not playing on Sunday morning, @ around 09:00... car wash time , these guys are pop drunk already ....azilali leyintwana . they drink waya-waya......
I know its thier private lives but proffesional players should conduct themselves in a much better or decent way. The only thing that I'm worried about is their "influential friends"( not good friends).....
I hope they realise this while the sun shines and stay away from these "friends"...
