Despite beating AmaZulu 3-0 at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt was not happy with their performance.
United recorded their first win in their League campaign courtesy of goals from Clifford Mulenga and a brace by Mabhuti Khenyeza.
The win was a timely one and could prove to be a moral booster ahead of next weekend's MTN8 Final against Moroka Swallows.
"We were poor," Hunt tells KickOff.com.
"I believe we could have done better. I can't complain much because it's a work in progress; we have just started the new season and slowly but surely we are getting there.
"We will back at training on Monday to start preparing for the MTN8 Final against Swallows on Saturday," he adds.

You scored 6 six goals against a pathetic team, those goals dont count
Viva Pirates
the day will come where you will wish that your Boys can atleast score 1,ask some other teams baba.
That so called 'champ team'...
*Still hasn't scored a goal in 450 minutes of open play.
*2 of their 4 goals this season have been scored through questionable penalties
One has to start asking themselves questions, as to, had it not been for their Mafia Manager,...buying a stake in Golden arrows over the last few seasons what would've really happened in the final league games, as these teams were pitted against each other for 2 consecutive years... But we are expected to believe the psl fixture draw is completely random&totally free of biasness?!
#yeah right.
