Orlando Pirates play First Division outfit Mpumalanga Black Aces on Saturday morning in a friendly at the Rand Stadium.
Team liaison officer Williams Okpara confirmed the fixture on the club website.
"Today (Friday) we played against a team from North West Province which was a good practice for the team; now we have another game on Saturday, which will be more competitive for the team.
"We beat the visitors from North West and although the result was not in question, it is good for the boys to win at all times," Okapara said.
Bucs have struggled in their last two matched losing 3-0 against Moroka Swallows in a League match and before that they lost by the same score against SuperSport United to get knocked out of the MTN8 Cup.

as long as Njenjenje is there, i am not convinced, he must step down.
Tomorrow when they win against Mpumalanga Aces (if nayo ingabashayanga nge 3 mabone) they will be calling Njenje a master tactician....
Even if it's 1 - 0 we will accept it!

Try them....you will be flooded with goals

The score was 1-0 and the back pass by defender(trialist) ...it was an own goal
KING? i hve been reading that book about change you recommended for Gucci, WHO MOVED MY CHEESE
a very nys n informative read my DTC
but DTC, lets go easy on Njenje, the man needs our un-divided sapot to ensure the success of the galaxy. one cnt perfom to his utmost best if he is presurised from the word go
change is gud but patience is great
Hhe banna I thought Okpara was a goalkeeper coach????
Or maybe the chairman has taken over the reigns, he is now a goalkeeper coach @ his own club.
Ya ne!! The chairman does everything there.......uzibambela ngokwakhe. Thts good though cos at all cost when chips are down you dont blame anyone but yourself...
I too share the same sentiments my champ. I watched the repeat of the game and i feel our players also need some self introspection. They don't seem to be hungry as we know them.
So let us all support Njenje and the boys, he is a bad tactician but a good motivator, i know he will motivate the guys and results will soon come.
the guy with a bald head next to Mbuyane hve been at Pirates for years
he is not a playa, he sometimes trains on-coming subs n on ada ocasions he helps injured playas during games
