Rusike to Chiefs update

Matthew Rusike to face Jomo Cosmos DRC on September 18

Matthew Rusike will have more clarity on his future in football in the next two weeks.

The player is currently involved in a dispute with Jomo Cosmos, arguing that he is a free agent – something the club disputes.

KickOff.com now has learnt that Rusike has already agreed a three-year deal with Kaizer Chiefs; and that the move will be completed when – as expected – he is declared a free agent at a DRC case on September 18.

Music to my ears.....finally real news from te biggest team in the land......we were getting tired of the stories about Fat lazy useless players.....Rusike will be a good signing for Chiefs if the deal does go through....

Rusike can complete our signings for this season. i read on sowetan dat we have made enquiries for mabalane as well. i think that is in case the rusike deal falls through. from next season, we are no more signing players, we are developing them inhouse, "so said kaizer snr:"
