Mashego: I have nothing to prove

Moroka Swallows striker Katlego Mashego says he has nothing to prove

Moroka Swallows striker Katlego Mashego says he has nothing to prove against his former club Orlando Pirates.

Mashego has scored twice in his last two games against Bucs.

'Mahoota' scored in his last game for Golden Arrows towards the end of last season and again for Swallows on Saturday.

The decision to let Mashego leave the club seems to have come back to haunt The Ghost.

"I have nothing to prove against Pirates; I always go on the field to do the job for my club," Mashego told KickOff.com after the game.

The Dube Birds beat Pirates 3-0, with Bennett Chenene and Mpho Maleka scoring the other two goals.

Mashego says he doesn’t regret his decision to join the Dube Birds after spending a few weeks clubless after being dumped by Arrows.

"I am enjoying myself at Swallows... we are winning games and are now in the [MTN8] Cup Final. What more do you want?

"I didn’t have the proper pre-season training, but I am working very hard to achieve my goals and ambitions this season," he adds.

Dlala Mahoota! You last man to hit a round on those Orlando Prostitues, it's not only you. Hertzog,Mulenga & Khenyeza enjoyed them as well. They are easy and for free. I see a lot of men such as Diyo Sibisi & David Radebe redeeming their manhood with those ladies from Orlando as well.

Mahoota was always a cow and never deserved to don the famous black and white.Besides the fluke goals you score against The Mighty Buccanneers, how many did you score last season to think we regret letting you go?

I'll listen on the radio

Eish this enjoy openning his big mouth, he is a true chimpanzee fan. A fluke win on the champions makes them feel they are the best thing after chimpanzees.

They will crying once again when we win the league at the end of the season.

Even though we lost we still going to defend this league.

The Number: 3. Means a lot to Pirates. Chiefs hammered us 3-1 and 3-0 and Ajax did the same in 2010/11 season. Then 2011/12 Wits thumped us 3-0 plus another Santos 3-0 away loss. Both those season we won the Treble. Loosing 3-0 is nothing new or should worry about. We lost 3 points even if we had lost 33-0. End of the season its 3 Cups in our cupboards!

Atleast i had a chance to tow with some few Zebra fans i saw misbehaving at Orlando stadium. They were celebrating as if Bobby's charges have been dropped and he have called them back. I kicked those bastards and i can assure you i will keep on moerskonting them.

I think that Pirates & Downs supporters must celebrate that they have managed to detact what will go wrong this season earlier. It is not a train smash to lose 3 points where 27 games are still there for the taking. The solution is to fire our incompetent coaches on the stands if our clubs fail to do so in the next 5 hrs.

I watched all game on telly this weekend, I dicided against going to orlando even though I had a ticket. The FFS v/s KC game was interesting & also indicated that Baxter is clueless but since KC measure their standards based on how Pirates & to a lesser extent Downs perform, they miss an opportunity to call their cv cooker into order.

How do you explain plaing a draw with a team that has lost more that 5 regular players to other teams? What is the role of Gaxa as he fails to master either to defend or attack, let alone to trap the ball. Is Shaba a winger or a central M.fielder? KC lost shape wheneven he drifter inti the middle.

What is the role of Josta? He never made a single cross through out the game. Yeye does not protect the defence as he should, he get excited & overlaps unneccessarily without any cover. Nkosi is a replica of Mbuyane, he hardly plays but gets preferential treatment. Parker's role is not clearlt defined, he spends more time biting more than he can chew.

Nkatha is under-utilised & overworked on chasing the ball that are aimlessly pumped forward.

What has Baxter really brought to KC? What is his style of play? What influence has he brought to KC apart from talking about transition?

things are back to normal at the PSL wher the altym losers are back to their losing ways, while the altym winners are back also to their winning ways. dis is after some kaizer chiefs T shirts were dug out at the ORLANDO stadium jst before the second leg of MTN 8 Which then the Real pirates faced SSU. those chiefs shirts had been working for pirates for quite some tym and hurting chiefs in the process.
name of players on the shirts were as follows.

BANKS sethlodi> ITu khune as substitute
rapson mchinchwa
jimmy brixton tower joubert,
docter khumalo>no wonder why manyisa improved dramatically
ace ntsolegoe> to dictate the game
tsiki tsiki yoo!!!!!!!
teenage dladla>to charge segolela and mabalane
mbesuma and madida, maponyane> to sway the goals to pirates.

That is one true statement or should I say obvervation my Rat.Im a Die Hard Chiefs fan but this rat is spot on.Baxter is confusing the team.Yeye should be used as an attacking mid providing passes to Nkatha or whoeva is striking on tha day and Katsande is man for the position Yeye is playing at the moment.I wish we can consider getting Mabalane for those crosses since Masilela will be providing them from the left side.Baxter must get his tactics right.Im glad the back to back 3-0 neva left a negative impact on your IQ level my rat
