Mabalane, Mjempu handed clearances

Orlando Pirates hand Dikgang Mabalane and Lizo Mjempu their clearances.

Orlando Pirates have handed midfielder Dikgang Mabalane and defender Lizo Mjempu their clearances.

Both Mabalane and Mjempu were put on transfer by Pirates last month.

However, the duo struggled to get new clubs and Bucs have now decided to give them their clearances before the transfer window closed on Friday.

Mabalane was earlier linked with a move to Maritzburg United.

@Chusta101 that sub list was wrong. Even Okwonkwo was not on the list but he was there on the bench even came on in the 2nd half. Mabalane was not even near the bench. Yes kickoff is right Mabalane was given clearance. Go check pirates website!

Mabalane is far much better than Klate & Mpho Makola, he's got pace, and can put in those pin point crosses, there's a lot of disorder in our team is not even funny..if this chaos is not resolved soon, we wont win anything this season..starting with firing Palacious' a$$ today and replace him with Krol..we're tired of the disappointments,, cant take it qnymore.

Having rhe burly Mbesuma play while Bester and Ndulula are watching from the stands...some coaches really; this coach was there when Pirates was being "molested" (as many prefer to use the word) for over a decade and to think he would be the coach to take them to Africa and conquer; Bucs supporters ahve got another painful season to endure. Iron Duke must stop chasing after players wanted by Chiefs and look into real issues in his team starting by how many players he needs and the type of coach to take Bucs forward. It was clear that Njenje was out of sorts and could do or say nothing during or after the game as he was outplayed, outsmarted, humiliated and "molested" pants down. Its time to call it a day. Sorry bafethu, still have time to turn things around. I know even I can do it with Bucs talent.

Clearly shows how much they are determined to win putting talent like Dikgang's on transfer; albeit too late for him to join either Chiefs whom they fear so badly or even better Swallows to add to the amount of humiliation as their explayers did. How s(h)weet was it for Mashego to have proved many that he is a big occasion player. Well beaten.
