Nine home-based players have been dropped from the Super Eagles camp in Abuja.

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has intensified preparations for Nigeria's Africa Cup of Nations qualifing match against Liberia by dropping nine players from the NPL-dominated national team camp in Abuja.

The affected players include injury-plagued Kano Pillars defender Papa Idris, Heartland's duo of Benjamin Francis and Kabiru Umar, Saviour Fidelis of Taraba FC and Henry Ezekiel of Rising Stars.

The other affected players include: Ugonna Uzochukwu of Rangers, Christian Ofili of ABS FC, Chibuzor Onyekwelu of Fame FC, Femi Ajayi of Crown FC.

While announcing the names of the affected players, Keshi offered words of encouragement by remindig them: "Many of those who are here with us now have been dropped and recalled several times."

He urged them to make the most of the opportunities on ground, and feature regularly for clubs to boost their chances of being recalled.

The foreign-based players are expected to report to camp to join their home-based counterparts on Monday, with an extension to Tuesday granted to players whose clubs played on Sunday.

I will like to believe that the coaches make selections based on performance in training and tune-up matches and not based on past antecedents. It is surprising to see that most of the performers (based on reports) in the friendly match against FC Abuja like Fidedis Savior and Thomas were dropped. It is good to reward performance so as to ginger competitive spirit in camps. Good luck to the team.

Folks. anyone who is telling you that you would study cheap in canada is blatant lyer. I want to know what school these rogues believe you can study cheap as a foreign student. My kids are in private shool here and i myself been involved in this land for over thirty years so anybody who believe tuition fee is that cheap is just want to extort money from your pocket. Don't believe the hype my people.
Getting back to reality, hope my man BIG BOSS would include Nosa Igeagbor in his starting Eleven, me think without the service of Joel And Mikel in the middle, we're going to rely on Moses , NOSA , young Gabriel Rueben and No nonsense Obiora to man the middle. Can anyone please tell me where to watch the match via internet.
