After much negotiation and disagreements, former Olympic Eagle midfielder Nosa Igiebor has eventually completed his transfer to Spanish club Real Betis.

Negotiations between the player and the club had appeared to have stalled on several occasions, with both sides pulling out of negotiations severally over financial disagreements.

However, according to an official statement on their website, Real Betis have announced the signing of the Nigerian midfielder from Israel’s Hapoel Tel Aviv on a four year deal.

Hapoel Tel Aviv will receive a transfer fee of €1.1 million for the 21 year-old midfielder former Lillestrom and Warri Wolves midfielder.

The statement on the website of the Spanish club read: “Nosa's arrival takes place after having clarified the misunderstandings caused by the long chains of intermediation existing in the transfer operations. The Real Betis especially appreciate the huge interest shown by the player to play for the club.”
