Back fit after missing out on his first six months at Pirates due to injury Myeni is positive that he will be of great benefit to the Bucs family.
Myeni has already started the first two official games of the season for the Bucs showing glimpses of the form that he showed at Wits.
"The contribution that I will make for Pirates is the same that I made at Wits," declares Myeni.
"I have to create goals for the strikers while also scoring some myself. I got popular and built a name for myself at Wits creating goals for the strikers to score so that is what I want to do again here this season.
"All is well and I am feeling great because I have gotten over the injury. Obviously after having been out for so long this will be a process and right now I haven't reached my best as yet but I am still gaining confidence. However, I am getting close to my best," says Myeni.
The winger adds that he is not feeling any sense of making up for lost time after spending the first six months of his stay at Pirates without playing due to injury.
"I don't feel anything towards making up for lost time in anyway because if I am to do that I will put myself under pressure and not play the way I want to and have to.
"For me though I am joining a team that has won so many trophies, I am still going to add value and keep on helping the club to defend the trophies that we have," he adds.
