Orlando Pirates striker Thulasizwe Mbuyane says the team can count on its support base to overcome Golden Arrows tonight at the Orlando Stadium.

Bucs host Abafana Bes'thende at the Soweto venue and 'Juju man' is confident the back-to-back treble champs can get off to a good start in defence of their League title.

"They are obviously coming here for the three points, but I think we have the upper hand in terms of the home ground because our supporters will be there in numbers," he says.

Mbuyane acknowledges, though, that Arrows have an astute coach in Muhsin Ertugral. Nonetheless, he expects nothing but a win for Ezimnyama Ngenkani.

"They have a very good coach, but equally so we have the firepower to do very well," he concludes.

Totally agree with you Genevieve, the story of home ground is useless, team like Orlando Pirates should depend on home ground advantage, does that mean all matches they played and won in other grounds were just a mere luck? I truly don't buy this story. They must just play the ball and win the match and thats what we want.

Pirates are in for a shock tonight if they think this game will be a walk-over.Arrows are fully prepared for this one having prepared so well and purchased a few foreign internationals, one is J.Zulu and the other one is S.Keita from Zambia and Mali respectively, just to name the two.

yes and that was the first time that small team won trebble thats y they are making noise
we did in 1991 when madida won Player of the year, we did it again in 2001 with mushin in charge, if you are not used to winning things when you win you will celebrate forever, iam not used for my team not winning tophies it is not a nice feeling i naw know what you were subjected to in all those years lucky for me it is just for 1 season

just want to remind you something here my vriend de Galaxy 's not like all jajarag average team those who doesn't have a stable home ground like Dunusa, Zebras etc when we plan especailly our Lig games our aim 's to collcet points at Orlando and believe me dat 's currently happening same to Man United de apply de same. just take example from today 's game if we can't collect 3 points tonite den it must be one just easy like dat.

Its tough being an Arrows player or coach

When they were about to face Orlando Pirates in any match....

Da Rocha has testified that the chairlady made them stand in a straight line against the wall as they were gonna be slain(shooting range)....

And a man in all-black with a Ski-mask will come through with a golden rifle and say: An exceptional perfomance will be rewarded by hollow tips. By that tyme Da Rocha says: We all knew what to do....i.e. Siyadlisa ngamabomu...

He further said the the voice was familiar and the red polony-like lip that peeped out of the Ski-mask(copperhead) looked familiar.....when the man said: Izifuba zenu zizogcwala umthofi...

Thats true you did win ze trebble but did you just waited 10 full years to win onother trebble? I thought your team was a Big one.

Small teams win em back to back. Small teams beat big teams in just 23 minutes of play.
Small teams rarely concede FOUR goals a game. Small teams win ze ACL and brags about it.
Small teams win their cups without the help of ze Gqubules of this world.

I really love my "SMALL" team.
