Usuthu look to pile misery on Chiefs

AmaZulu looking to beat Kaizer Chiefs in their League season opener

Posted: 8 August 2012 Time: 12:31 pm

AmaZulu will be looking to bounce back from their MTN8 defeat to Moroka Swallows on Sunday by beating Kaizer Chiefs in their League season opener.

Usuthu lost 2-0 to Moroka Swallows, but will take heart from the fact that Chiefs were drubbed 4-1 by Mamelodi Sundowns.

AmaZulu PRO Philani Mabaso says the team have been working hard on rectifying their mistakes this past week and are confident of further wrecking Amakhosi's season.

"There is nothing impossible in football," he says in response to whether the KZN could emulate Sundowns' feat. "If we take our chances and defend very well then that is possible."

AmaZulu have been boosted by the news that both Stanley Kgatla and Carlington Nyadombo have returned to training this week after injuries kept them out of the MTN8 game.

However, new striking duo Dulee Johnson and Mkhokheli Dube are in a race against time as they are still awaiting their work-permits.

That's what happens when your favourite team is a small team, get threatened by everybody. If Amazulu were to face Pirates the statement would have been totaly different, constructed in a way that pays homage & shows fear to the DTC.

Make sure your boys pile it on the pitch as well wena PRO, don't play games in the media this average team must find themselves fighting relegation this season, capitalize on their middlefiled now that's a freeway right there never mind those two COWERS at the back they are clueless & lost

Amazulu must around about prematurely giving Chiefs the underdog tag, we do not take that lightly and teams who do usually suffer consequences. KHOSI RISING.
