Ajax reject double Allie offer

Ajax Cape Town reject double Nazeer Allie offer

Posted: 2 August 2012 Time: 12:04 pm

Ajax Cape Town have turned down offers from both SuperSport United and Bidvest Wits for the services of Nazeer Allie.

Allie had another solid campaign in 2011/12, but Ajax boss George Comitis insists they won’t be selling the defender, or Terror Fanteni and Khama Billiat.

Fanteni is supposedly on Chippa United’s wanted list, while Billiat has attracted interest from a number of overseas teams.

“Both Wits and SuperSport United are interested in Allie, but we are not selling him,” Comitis tells KickOff.com. “And Fanteni and Billiat will also be staying with us this season.”

Comitis also confirms that they have signed Nigerian defender James Okwuosa on a three-year contract, and that they are still assessing Jomo Cosmos striker Matthew Rusike.

Which teams are interested in Billiant Mr Comitis, please tell us... Man U, Barcelona , Real Madrid or Chelsea?..iam sure you would turn down an offer from any of the above mentioned teams...

Mr editor next time can we be more specific when these guys are interviewed, overseas is saying like saying somewhere.....this "overseas" word is exaggerated in our football....i wonder if the English clubs refer to Africa as overseas when they want to sign a player from this continent or if it has the same weight to them as it has in South Africa for instance.

Please lets do proper reporting.......
