Brown Ideye scores yet again

Brown Ideye scores yet again for Dynamo Kiev

Posted: 1 August 2012 Time: 03:10 pm

Super Eagles striker Brown Ideye was once again the hero for Dynamo Kiev in their 2-1 home victory over Dutch Eredivisie club Feyenoord in the first leg of their Champions League third-round qualifying tie on Tuesday.

The visitors took a surprising lead in the fourth minute through Ruben Schaken to the bewilderment of the home fans, but the Dutch team were however undone by an unfortunate own-goal scored by Lex Immers seven minutes later after pressure from a seemingly resurgent Dynamo.

The continued pressure from the home side eventually paid off when Ideye found space to score in the 69th minute after connecting well with a cross from Husyev.

The goal was Ideye's fifth of the season.

The in-form striker also bagged a brace for his team in their 3-1 over Hoverla-Zakarpattia on Saturday

Ideye Brown is on fire. Every striker can score, but how consistent he strikes is the difference. Keshi, we know you like home based Uche Kalu but for this game against Liiberia, use your best legs. Please make sure you start Ideye and Ike Uche and you can bring in Emenike in the second half to terrorise those Liberians.....Slyman

If there was anything Nigerian coaches can learn from the annihilation of our Male Basketball team by the USA today, is the power of intimidation. We had lost the game even before it started because we were in awe of our opponents.

Nigeria can certainly make the Liberians feel like they (the Home team) came out for autographs if we can attack them like gang-busters from the very first minute. Keshi must play a very adventurous 4 4 2. By the time our opponents realize what hit them, we will have the led by half time. Then we can now relax and try to pick them apart with our counter attacks using a 4 3 3....slyman

Dont worry everyone, nigeria is known for wasting talents, they will only call ideye when he's old A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ out of form A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ tell us that we fans were wrong--------same they did to sia 1 who got a job that was kick started by another person. meanwhile the fans called Fø̲̣̣я̅ him immediately after the world cup in 2010. ℓ̊ can't imagine we are even advising keshi to use a player or that player to beat a common liberia. The irony of life is that when keshi qualifies naija Fø̲̣̣я̅ the nations cup, people will start rating A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ comparing him to sia 1. When that happens, ℓ̊ will ask them if keshi played any team at the qualifiers in the rank A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ file of guinea, can u imagine-rwanda A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ liberia. We dont have a starting eleven yet, we are still gambling in 5 months to nations cup. ℓ̊ sit d☺̣̣̥̇ŋ look. ... Kaysil
