Lucky Lekgwathi signs new Orlando Pirates deal

Posted: 31 July 2012 Time: 09:12 am

Lucky Lekgwathi has signed a new one-year extension at Orlando Pirates.

The veteran defender, who has led the club to two successive trebles in the last two years, will start his tenth season with The Buccaneers on Friday.

“Look, I said it before and I will say it again … this is home and I will never leave Orlando Pirates,” he told the club’s official website.

“I have a very good relationship with the chairman; I can go to him whenever there are issues I need help on. The subject of the contract has never been an issue for me because this is home. The renewing of my contract is just a formality.”

We know publishing Pirates news brings you more revenue, but give others a little peace of recognition. Aaag moss the speaks too much, just continue starving them of news until they tell us their true belief and religion.
Starve them until they come out and tell us why did they have to use dirty tactics during the Bhamjee era to win their plastic trophies.

They are calling for devine intervention but like Nespray put it..."Jess is muslim, hehehe...she will be praying to mahomed who wil ansa, : rong god, plz try allah",hahahaha....instead of reading a koran, she will be having a pon magazine, hahahaha

Eish Mfowethu, its a sad story. Even to now Mooki is still praying for his benefit game he was promised 12 years ago. After his slave trade at the Natulawayo farm for 10 years earning around R500 a month, the renowed Tsiki Tsiki was thrown away like a condom full of sperms from Gould's Majoros after that 3 seconds show.

In any normal relationship, even psychologists and sociologists can attest, the balance of power requires that one be weak for the other to be strong to keep the equilibrium in tact- for example in marriage or in some intimate relationship- one will always take the wifey role, it be a man or woman. And here i listen to Okapi saying he has a good relationship with the chairman and am thinking this guy is naive to think oldest mafia in Southern Africa can like him for that sake alone... okapi is nothing but Kcowza's Bitc@$&!

@ Champ-Marapo,

You are right champ, we want to know about all other teams. We want to know about Downs, their bankrupt tactics, their 1-1-9 formation, their choaches' drinking habits, etc.

We want to know about KC. Their drawing board after being humiliated again on the weekend, their fraudulent tactics that will be employed during the season such as countering the counter attack & transitions play inspired by the cv in transit heist, an update on the one-legged trails failer, Jessica's prayers & tears, etc.

We want to know about Swai, their preparations on being the cadidate for relegation, etc

etc, etc...

Heheheh, having realized that someone is someone's who_re, I have another question to ask: what role will Lekgcowthi play in Orlando Pierats... it is not like he is Tau or Sibeko who can easily assume an admin role because of their educational background- am just wondering that if this guy is willing to take it on the back for the chairman, what will he do for him once his 44 year old legs fail him for good this time, as we have seen last Satie?

The Toveys,Radebes,Raphahlelas,Moetis and all other great captains dont have nothing on this guy.
He is exactely like Carles Puyol, same age, same commitment, same spirit and all this qualities bring success.

This is what we call "LICKING A$$" . Dude Khoza is no uncle nor father of you. Gerald Raphahlele and co also said, The General he's their father and all they need to do is talk to him. An imbecile who works without a contract. Who knows madala , it might even be that you are exploited. Just take your dry skin and get a legal representative and have a decent contract fool.

Gees, when will these Gorillas stop idolising the Toothless one and start behaving like professionals.

But why they keep giving you 1 year contracts? for the last 3 years you have been getting 1 year contracts do they really value you or do they have your best interests? Trouble is should you get injured in a 1 year contract they'll never renew it again and you'll be left on your own after all these years of service to them.
