The 2012 Carling Black Label Cup starting line-ups have been announced!

Happy Jele did not make the cut for Orlando Pirates, while the somewhat out-of-favour Mark Mayambela will be on the pitch.

Siphiwe Tshabalala will miss out for Kaizer Chiefs with an injury.

The line-ups are:

Kaizer Chiefs XI: Khune, Gaxa, Mashamaite, Gould, Jambo, Letsholonyane, Nale, Dladla, Lebese, Majoro, Parker

Orlando Pirates XI: Josephs, Mahamutsa, Matlaba, Lekgwathi, Sangweni, Jali, Myeni, Manyisa, McCarthy, Mbuyane, Mayambela

Mxm....sum ppl claim to b soccer fans but they dnt follow it. read and listen to soccer news so that u can be updated. Lineups have changed due to some reasons. One...Chiefs have reported this week that shappa, tau n moleko are out due to ingeries, thats y u c lebese in. Two, Pirates have not yet signed Rantie and jele is not "Medical fit" though he is been training with the team. he just pickd a knock at training session.

KC line-up is not balance. Wonder who's going to help centre-back between Yeye/Dladla , who's going to be a play-maker. Same applies to wingers and wing-backs. Attacking pair , to me looks like a duplication. They should have included one between Nkathi / Mapoloba.

This will be one-sided game that would lack spacks.

Looking at the two line ups one could easily pick up which fans know football than others..1.a team must have shape and Chiefs will be easily dealt with in the middle of the park..Jali and Ace will boss Yeye and Dladla and that is a FACT!!! Nale,Lebese,Majoro and Parker are all similar type of players...good going forward but they cannot be tasked with assisting when they loose the ball..Pirates team look very balanced...even a grade one pupil would have easily won this game from the bench...3-0 to Pirates.....

all i can say mabhakajuju is that we mustnt put pressure on myeni and mayambela, but my only worry is the wing play and crosses.we all know that zebraz push their fullbacks and our wingers will drift inside and that will expose our defence.
