The PSL has charged Orlando Pirates with spectator misbehaviour and unsporting behavior, because of the pitch invasion after they won the League.
Pirates were scheduled to appear before the PSL DC this week, but they have requested that the case be postponed.
The statement from the PSL reads: "It is alleged that on May 19, in their League match against Golden Arrows at Moses Mabida Stadium, Pirates supporters behaved in an unruly or unsporting manner in that after the fulltime whistle they invaded the pitch, which is a demarcated area."
Pirates won the match 4-2, with goals from Benni McCarthy (two), Lucky Lekgwathi and Siyabonga Sangweni, to defend the Premiership trophy.

@PSL, fine us in advance for this coming season because we will do the same after defending all our trophies.
We are going to do it again not at the end of the season but after we welcome all our new recruits with a MTN8 cup.
I was one of those who invaded the pitch to join the JUJU dance
